Project Overview
We conclude that the 3T3L1 pre-adipocytes were successfully differentiated into adipocytes, forming more lipid droplets than the undifferentiated ones. Also confirmed that LipDH expression is more in the adipocytes than in the fibroblasts at the protein level. Finally, T. cordifolia leaf extract probably interferes with 3T3L1 adipogenesis and causes apoptosis of the cells, indicating that this extract may help down-regulate mammalian adipogenesis in the future
