Project Overview
This project proposes to employ a combination of in vitro and in vivo approaches to identify a) how RAB4 recruits kinesins after insulin stimulation, b) how RAB4 vesicles move with an increased speed upon insulin stimulation, and c) the effects of the increased flux of RAB4 vesicle movement on the synapse homeostasis.
