Project Overview
This study is based upon analysis of active components in RA. As RA being a heterogeneous disorder is difficult to diagnose at an early stage as well as treatment response is also variable therefore study of these might help to start targeted therapy that can relieve sufferings of the patients. A sub-classification of RA based upon the mediators involved could be helpful to predict clinical outcomes of therapies with better management of the patients. The genomic and proteomic study for above explained genes have not been done previously in North Indian population.
