Tinnitus is a severe auditory handicap, affecting 6-20% of the population. It can cause difficulty sleeping, concentration, and anxiety, leading to depression and anxiety. Treatments include cognitive-behavioral therapies, sound therapies, hearing aids, cochlear implants, pharmacological treatments, neuro-biofeedback, and electrical stimulation. Yoga, an ancient holistic system, has been shown to reduce anxiety, stress, depression, and sleep disorders. This study aims to investigate the effect of yoga intervention on Tinnitus patients using Ayurgenomic Audiological parameters and Integrative Medicine tools.

The study aims to determine the effectiveness of yoga intervention in treating Tinnitus in 100 patients aged 18 to 45 years. The intervention will be conducted at a gym for three months, with yoga exercises conducted once a week for 12 weeks. The results will help improve the quality of life for Tinnitus patients and inform health policy makers about yoga as an effective intervention program. The study aims to address the lack of evidence-based studies on the effectiveness of yoga interventions in treating Tinnitus, particularly in emerging economies like India.
