The business proposal aims to operate a iTBI Technology business incubator in the rural part of Tamilnadu near Kovilpatti, the central hub of three Southern Tamilnadu districts. The incubator is strategically located near 50 higher educational institutions and is the epicenter for creating technology startups. The host institute and technology business incubator foster an entrepreneurial ecosystem, connecting startups with alumni entrepreneurs, investors, government agencies, and local business communities. The incubator provides a supportive environment for entrepreneurs, offering basic startup services, mentorship, business coaching, technical expertise, access to funding, IPR filing market research, and networking opportunities. The incubator also provides physical infrastructure for pilot launches, allowing startups to test and refine their business ideas in real-world conditions. The incubator is well-positioned in the local industry innovation system, providing professional services or consultation through its HI and existing incubation staff. The institute is associated with the Confederation of Indian Industries, CII Tuticorin zone, and plans to conduct several innovation event programs with them. The incubator aims to help startups convert waste into useful products through recycling, reusing, remanufacturing, and extracting energy/raw materials.
