Project Overview
This proposal aims to study the magnetic properties of ABO3 perovskites using machine learning models. A data set of ABO3 perovskites will be prepared from previous work, including information on chemical components and experimental data. The study will focus on FM perovskite materials with high TC and high CMR. ML methods like Support Vector Machines (SVM), Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), and Ensemble learning algorithms like Random Forests will be used. The study may also investigate the suitability of Deep Learning algorithms for predicting material properties. The study will serve as a reference for future experimental research, aiming to synthesize new ABO3 perovskites with improved magnetic properties for applications in magnetic recording, sensors, actuators, refrigeration, magnetic memory devices, magnetic random access memories, and transistors. The use of ML in this study will improve prediction efficiency and performance prediction effect, making it a reference value for further studies.
