Project Overview
This project aims to study the appearance of topological phases in non-Hermitian 1D, 2D, and 3D systems with periodically varying potential. The researchers will use topological invariants to characterize the phase and explore the effect of dichromatic driving and the braiding mechanism for Floquet MBS. They will also investigate the possibility of extending this new class of topological phases to non-Hermitian systems and explore if there are other new topological phases in on-Hermitian systems. The project will also investigate the possibility of extending this new class to non-Hermitian systems and exploring other new topological phases in on-Hermitian systems. The research will contribute to the understanding of topological phases in condensed matter and cold atom systems.
