Project Overview
The use of computation tools has expanded beyond drug development to include the creation of novel drug delivery systems.Nanoinformatics is a relatively new technique in India, but it has attracted the attention of numerous researchers worldwide because it may offer a virtual but precise tool for characterization, modeling, biological simulation, and event prediction of invivo efficacy, toxicity, and stability of nanoformulation. The nanoinformatics has paced up the progress in the development of nanomedicines via bioinformatics tools, nanoparticles depot & modeling and simulation methods.A new method called nanoinformatics is being used to create effective nanoscale delivery systems. This method not only aids in the developmental stage but also has the ability to forecast how the created nanoformulations would behave within the body, including how their receptors will internalise, how cells will interact, and how proteins will bind. This method could be highly beneficial and speed up the process of developing nanoformulations. But sometimes this is very difficult to get the actual result in terms of the nanoformulation development when compared with data of nano-informatics. This project is undertaken to establish the correlation of data of nanocarriers developed by nano-informatics with the data when it is developed by mechanistic tools in the laboratories. Different parameters such as physical, chemical and behavioral property will be compare to establish the utility of nanoinformatics in the development of nanoformulations.
