We aim to automate the execution of the court of law by designing, developing, and testing the Indian Penal Code 1860 through a blockchain-based smart contract. The Indian Penal Code 1860 contains a total number of 23 Chapters with a total of 511 Sections. Our product will be helpful for Honorable Judges and Lawyers across the country. The current solution is website-based, where the user needs to search the law by keyword, but it does not help to find the contradictions among different sections. This is a problem, and in many cases, judges and lawyers may fail to resolve the issues. If they decide it, it will take a lot of time. Also, the descriptive way of written law may attract ambiguities and incompleteness. The Smart Constitution, which is based on blockchain technology and smart contracts, will help enhance transparency. Several cases may be solved in a few seconds first and then manually can be resolved. We adopt the standard software development principles as per software engineering. Since, we believe that if we implement a system it should be reliable. Smart Constitiution will be system that is going to be tool for justice which will be based on life and money too. It is almost as Safety Critical Application. It supposed to be followed as pe Software Engineering methodologies.
