Project Overview
The project aims to design next-generation immunogens based on RBD and whole ectodomain spike in order to elicit potent neutralising antibodies against the novel coronavirus and further to evaluate immunogen delivery via efficient viral vector (Adeno-Associated Virus-AAV).
