Project Overview
This study aims to address crucial questions on the (i) quality and durability of T-cell immunity after infection and vaccination, (ii) vaccination outcome in virus infected individuals versus naïve population, and (iii) whether the immunity acquired after recovery from infection or vaccination will protect against the prevalent virus variants of concerns (VOCs). The major focus is to characterise the SARS-CoV-2 specific T-cell and antibody responses in a longitudinal infection or vaccination cohort.
