Project Overview
Computational analyses were successfully employed for the designing of seven multi-targeted agents against ITK, IRAK-4 and COX-2. The designed molecules were chemically synthesized, and extended to the in vitro biological testing against considered three protein targets. Finally, three molecules displayed good inhibitory activity against ITK, IRAk-4 and COX-2, which can be extended for further analyses in the future
