Abstract
1. Deposited all the required layers of thin film solar cell by spray pyrolysis technique.
2. Cu-diffusion in CIS/In2S3 structure was identified using XPS analysis. This problem was sorted out employing double layer CIS structure.
3. Initial work in this direction have been started.
4. Shelf life of the all the cells fabricated have been monitored consistently.
