Project Overview

Many alloys are used in form of castings at cryo temperatures. Under this project proposal, it is envisaged to evaluate cryo-temperature properties, particularly impact properties at cryo temperatures and to study the effect of heat treatment on different phase and cryo-properties. Materials (04X and 08X) shall be provided by VSSC in the form of test bar.
