Project Overview

Identified proteins from present study have been found play a crucial role in apoptosis. Identification of gentamicin-specific-binding eukaryotic proteins might underlie the nephrotoxicity, hepatotoxicity and neurotoxicity caused by this antibiotic and thus can lead to development of potential therapeutic approaches for improving the efficacy of the drug.
