Project Overview

Identified potential inhibitors of Ask 1from PubChem database ny employing state of the art in silico methods in a pipeline. The 3D structutre of Ask1 protein was modeled, subsequently domain with potential binding site was idemtified i.e. D4. The D4 was subjected for 300ns long simulation ansd its native conformation was extracted after FEL analysis. Subsequently, rigrous docking, simulation of complexes, binding free energy calculation resulted, CIDs: as potential inhibitors of Ask1 subunit of Dam complex of C. albicans.
