About

Envelope gene sequence of JEV genotype I strains 428 are classified based on isolated year as before 1990,1990-2000,after 2000 to estimate the rates. Each classified sequence file is then aligned using MEGA software. The aligned sequence is used further for the analysis. The phylogenetic analysis was done using strict molecular clock models. Using this evolutionary model we calculated the mutation rate.
