Abstract

The project will study the genetic manipulation of S. cerevisiae for construction of yeast model of alpha synuclein toxicity. The study will lead to the identification of cellular proteins adversely affected by accumulation of the cystolic alpha synuclein inclusions and identification of cellular factors on alpha synuclein mediated cytotoxicity.
