Project Overview

A method which will complement present q-PCR based method and will obviate realtime PCR machine for detection of COVID-19. After validation on patient samples, the assay can be converted to high-throughput screening assay too. The assay can be optimized for small scale pathology labs with basic PCR testing setups.
