About

This study aims to integrate the UV cavity system with cold plasma technology to further enhance the sterilisation capability. It also plans to investigate the effect of H2O2 mist on the sterilisation capacity of the proposed hybrid unit.

The wet type industrial-scale reactor is successfully installed at Amara Raja Industry as a part of a joint effort between IIT Tirupati and the Amara Raja on mass-scale production of N-95 equivalent mask.
