About
In this work, a mathematical model is developed to estimate the impact of SARS-CoV-2. Based on climatic conditions, the countries will be clustered and the difference in model parameters will be studied. The study aims to gauge the effectiveness of lockdown measures using the model.

Outcome / Output
The fitted hybrid SEIQR model for Indian population highlights the influence of lockdown-imposed restrictions and regulations on COVID-19 disease transmission. The model also indicates that the number of unidentified COVID-19 recovered individuals is greater than the identified individuals.
Disordered-to-order transition of residues in spike protein upon ACE2 binding is shown to be important for tackling COVID-19 The interaction energy and interface area of SARS-Cov-2 is higher than the mild strain, NL63.
