This project aims to study the COVID-19 infection over local areas of India as a spatio-temporal complex network of infection clusters. It also proposes to intend a model, assimilate data and find control policies for such smaller but higher resolution regional hotspots in the study.

Outcome / Output
An Effective reproduction number along with uncertainty is computed for the SEAIRD-control model. Disease free and endemic equilibrium points are proved to be locally stable for the SEAIRD model.
