The study aims to determine the characteristics of immune response to SARS-CoV-2 virus with key objectives of (1) defining the clinical spectrum in COVID-19 (2) detailed analysis of humoral responses to SARS-CoV-2 in terms of antibody repertoire, stability of memory B cells and traits of follicular T helper cells, as the key determinant of humoral immunity; and (3) the epigenetic signature of key adaptive immunity component in COVID-19
