This project aims to generate and analyse human monoclonal antibodies from single cell sorted memory B cells derived from COVID-19 recovered individuals in India for their neutralising activity on SARS-CoV-2.

Outcome / Output

This work showed that nearly half of the COVID-19 recovered individuals developed neutralising antibodies and these individuals can be identified by simple to use SARS-CoV-2 RBD ELISA’s.
