Outcome / Output

Nanobody-mediated bead capture of orange fluorescent protein-tagged spike (SI) protein of SARS-CoV-2 showed rapid binding of soluble recombinant EGFP ACE2 that is inhibited by neutralising antibody. The assay is rapid, cost effective, sensitive and adaptable for multiple detection platforms.
