Project Overview

Objective: Identify the composition and structure of water column microbial community in open and closed drain system across urban area. Study effect on ecosystem services as measure of spread of potential pathogen and AMR breeding mechanism in water column. Predictive modelling of spread of potential pathogen/AMR using correlation with water flow parameters in open and closed drainage system.
