Objective: Capacity building for generating engineered CART cells and their validation in preclinical models; Rejuvenate Lung Epithelium using MSC with mitochondrial transfer; Develop methods to achieve target cell regeneration in skin and lung; Directed differentiation of cells to melanocyte, hepatocyte and neuronal lineage using defined factors and model appropriate diseases in them; Re-engineer epidermal cells and evaluate matrices for regeneration in diabetic wounds; Develop assays for to assess purity and genomic integrity of cells for transplantation.
