About

Objective: Role of Ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS) in the pathogenesis of NAFLD; Role of non-coding RNA in NAFLD; ER stress - Mitochondrial dysfunction - Autophagy triad during progression of NAFLD and to NASH; Targeted small molecule inhibitors for treatment of NAFLD by preventing ATGL degradation; Development of Novel mTOR inhibitors for reduction of lipogenesis and lipid accumulation in Hepatocytes; Identification of potential leads from Indian traditional medicinal plants against NAFLD.
