About

Objective: To access the immunomodulatory properties of unusula PE/PPE gene clusters in M.tb. To identify the host interacting partners and characterise their associated signalling pathways. To perform structure based identification of lignad (PE/PPE)- (host) receptor interfaces suitable for design of small molecules inhibitors. To access the the possible role of cytoskeletal elements in mycobacterial entry. To dissect the functional role of memberane lipids in mycobacterial entry.
