To perform structure based identification of lignad (PE/PPE)- (host) receptor interfaces suitable for design of small molecules inhibitors. To access the the possible role of cytoskeletal elements in mycobacterial entry. To dissect the functional role of memberane lipids in mycobacterial entry.
