Objective: Undertaken transcriptome sequencing in sperm samples from infertile and fertile men; Undertake transcriptome sequencing in IVF failed and IVF successful sperm for; Trace strong miRNA candidates in peripheral blood of infertile individuals; Establish relationship in select paris of miRNAS and mRNAS with their roles in spermatogenesis; Investigation of transcriptome dynamics in the testicular germ cells for the identification of dynamics in gene expression; investigation of miRNAs in the testicular germ cells for the identification of key gene regulators of spermatogenesis.
