About

Objective: To study the differential functional status autophagy flux per se normal breast epithelial, TNBC and Irradiated TNBC cells. To decipher clues as to how and when autophagy as such affects particular stages of TNBC. To evaluate role of miRNAs and epigenetic regulators in modulating autophagy for TNBC survival and refraction to radiotherapy. To understand how altering autophagy and or epigenetic signatures can improve the efficacy of radiation therapy in TNBC tumor growth and metastasis. To validate above experimental findings in human primary TNBC and match normal specimen.
