Objective: Cloning, expression, and purification of selected targets. Characterization of their folding, solubility and stability . Isotopic labeling and determination of NMR solution structure of selected targets. Crystallization and determination of crystal structure of selected targets. Harnessing of structural information for the design of inhibitors. Testing of new and known inhibitors for enzyme inhibition and antimicrobial activity.
