Objective: Isolation of cannabinoids, semi-synthetic modifications to get derivatives and characterization using TLC, HPTLC, NMR. To investigate the nitric oxide and pro-inflammatory cytokine inhibition, in vitro and in vivo followed by anti-inflammatory activity testing of cannabinoids and their derivatives, in vivo. To test the potent cannabinoids & their derivatives in animal models of RA and NP.
