Objective: WP1. Metaviromics: Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and computational analyses for in depth understanding of virome/phages from different anthropogenically intervened ecological niches. WP2. Screening of phages for anti-bacterial activity against multidrug resistant organisms . WP3. Profiling of novel phages having implications in combating drug resistance.
