About

Objective: Production, isolation and purification of the QSI molecule, unravelling its structure. iStudy on the effect of the QSI in lowering of MIC of antitubercular drugs by co-administration of QSI. Study on Inhibition of biofilm formation by M. tuberculosis/M. smegmatis in the presence of QSI (in vitro) . (RNS) tolerance in M. tuberculosis. Study on effect of QSI on DOS regulon in M. tuberculosis which is involved in latency.
