About

Objective: Isolation of exosomes from Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric and Amla which are known to have anticancer properties. • Biophysical characterization of exosomes (using DLS, SEM and AFM). • Fluorescent tagging of exosomes and studying its cellular uptake status (in normal and cancer cells). • Effects of isolated exosomes in the regulation of metastatic genes/proteins in breast cancer cells. • Isolation and characterization of miRNAs from the isolated plant exosomes. • Transfection of specific plant exosomal miRNAs to target cells and studying their effects on the expression of metastatic genes and proteins.
