Objective: To develop a portable force-distance curve based Atomic Force Microscope which will be used for multiperametric Imaging of Biological Systems; To develop a robust software with user friendly GUI for operating and controlling the AFM ; To test validate the scan images obtained from AFM with different standard samples.
