About

The project proposal describes the development of a novel design for the MEMS-based micro heat pipe arrays, aimed at providing a controlled thermal management solution for microelectronic systems such as VLSI circuits, IC chips etc. The objective of this project is to increase the thermal efficiency of miniaturised electronic components to improve their performance and life cycle. The project will also optimise the design features of the micro heat pipe for obtaining enhanced heat density.
