About
This project investigates the transport phenomena of droplets evaporating on surfaces and squeezed between parallel plates in an ambient and saturated alcohol environment. It tests pure liquid, aqueous colloidal suspensions, and binary liquid colloidal suspensions. The study explores transient fluid dynamics, heat transfer, mass transfer, and particle advection at multiple scales. The colloidal deposit's pattern, dimensions, and morphology depend on the underlying coupled transport phenomena or physical principles.
