Project Overview

RESORTEX is a multi-disciplinary project aiming to develop a decision support system for companies to design more efficient post-consumer textile fiber-to-fiber recycling value chains. The system will improve process efficacy, optimize recycling networks, and align with market needs. It will also characterize feedstock, standardize textile waste categories, and define relevant taxonomies. The project contributes to SDGs 8, 9, 12, and 17, and aims to improve the management and valorization of textile waste streams.
