Project Overview

The Mobile Science Exploratory on Wheels project aims to develop a scientific temper among students in five districts of East Uttar Pradesh, India. The project will use Hindi, Bhojpuri, Urdu, and English languages to showcase scientific experiments and interactive classroom learning. The project will attract 5 lakh students during a year, indirectly benefiting 12 lakh people. The project is based on the Science Express Train program, aiming to encourage students to pursue higher studies and careers in science. The Mobile Science Exploratory on Wheels aims to create interest in science learning and teaching in rural and municipal schools in Uttar Pradesh through hands-on experiments, competitions, and digital programs. The program aims to nurture scientific curiosity among middle and high school students and rural populations, promote active learning, encourage people to live with nature, and disseminate scientific information. The program aims to spark curiosity, engage curiosity, and advance critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity in students. The initiative is a joint project between the Government of India and Uttar Pradesh, aiming to extend science education beyond class and promote scientific temperament.
