Project Overview
The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) is a premier organization in India that promotes entrepreneurship and skill development through training, consultancy, and research. It has provided training to 13,43,426 trainees through 50719 different programs, including 5317 international participants from over 145 countries. NIESBUD is applying to the Department of Science Technology (DST) for training programs during FY 2023-24. The Women Entrepreneurship Development Programme (WEDP) aims to train ST graduates and diploma holders in entrepreneurship, while the Faculty Development Programme (FDP) equips teachers with entrepreneurial values and knowledge.
