The Goa State Council for Science Technology is planning eight Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDPs) in collaboration with the Centre for Incubation Business Acceleration CIBA Goa. The WEDP focuses on training ST graduates and diploma holders in entrepreneurship, with up to 25 potential entrepreneurs selected through tests and interviews. The Technology Based EDP focuses on specific technology areas, such as leather, plastic, electronics, and bio-technology. The TEDP is a structured training program designed for 4 weeks, motivating and developing entrepreneurs in food processing and photography and video editing. The Faculty Development Programme FDP equips teachers with skills and knowledge to inculcate entrepreneurial values in students and guide their progress towards entrepreneurship. The FDPs provide inputs on the process and practice of entrepreneurship development, communication and inter-personal skills, creativity, problem-solving, achievement motivation, resources available, and all aspects of entrepreneurship.
