Knowledge on the diversity and distribution of bacteria in the gut of economically important fish species, Generation of culturable of fish gut associated bacterial collection, Novelty in bacteria strain and possible patenting, exploring promising probiotic bacterial cultures for aquaculture applications, The fish-gut bacterial strains to be isolated in this study will be maintained in the in house, actinobacterial consortium along with 400 strains already available in our centre.
