Project Overview

The Left-Right symmetric Model (LRsM) is an optimal description of weak interaction and can generate neutrino mass, explaining the (B - L) symmetry breaking. However, an alternate version of the LRsM model has been proposed, which includes Dirac type neutrinos, heavy vector-like fermions, and various types of scalar multiplets that transform under the LRsM group. This model does not include a scalar bi-doublet field, resulting in minimal mixture between the sM and heavy sectors. The absence of scalar bi-doublet allows for the generation of mass for all charged fermions via a universal seesaw mechanism. The model can achieve both the normal and inverted mass hierarchy without requiring fine tuning of parameters. The model contains singly charged scalars with mass ranging from the few hundred GeV up to TeV and different heavy vector-like quarks with TeV-scale mass. The branching ratio of the heavy fermions suggests it can dominantly decay into exotic scalars via cascade decay. The aim is to propose collider analysis for these exotic scalars and heavy fermions for different mass gaps, improving the scope of new physics searches and translating the limits obtained from these analysis to different class of BsM scenarios.
