The project aims to organize Science Awareness Workshops for Government Schools SC students in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, with the objective of raising awareness about government schemes and science idea competitions. The project will involve a science exhibition, lecture, and essay competitions, with English and Hindi languages used for carrying out activities. The project is aimed at making students of public schools aware of the opportunities offered by the Indian government to budding young people in science and innovation. The youth of government schools in Jaunpur have creative thoughts and new ideas, but they are not receiving ample opportunities or knowledge of the latest government schemes. These students have the potential to grow and create wonders in science and technology if given the opportunity. The seminars will help students in both districts better realize their opportunities and how to handle them. The workshop will also provide learning from experts in scientific communication and pure science practical studies. The two districts chosen are aspirational districts listed in the government's list. The project will target groups such as Gen/OBC/SC/ST, SC/ST, and others. The project will involve various activities related to the workshop, including science communication camps, science melas, women empowerment, and rural school students upliftment. The activities related to the workshop will be managed by the following people: Principal Investigator, Project Associate, Project Associate, Project Assistant, and Field Worker.
