Project Overview

The aim of this proposal is to reframe various semi-infinite programming problems and to establish optimality conditions under appropriate assumptions. In addition, the proposal will also explore solution algorithms for these problems to derive approximate optimal solutions, based on weaker assumptions. This approach aims to not only develop new algorithms, but also to comprehend the constraints of the existing ones. The study will focus on semi-infinite optimization problems that are non-convex, multi-objective, and fractional. The proposal will also encompass formulating dual models, establishing duality relationships under suitable assumptions, and developing the concept of approximate solutions for semi- infinite problems.
