About

This research will attempt to find out the better mixing of fuel and air in supersonic ramjet engines (SCRAMJET). An innovative fuel injection technique will be introduced to disturb the flow field significantly and enhance the mixing phenomenon. The effect of the shock-induced mixing process will be investigated thoroughly with less pressure drop and optimum interaction of shock and shear layer. Finally, the scramjet mixing process will be enhanced with enriched shock wave development, streamlined vortices, and the interactions of shock and shear layers.
