About
The healthcare sector faces a shortage of facilities and solutions due to the high doctor-patient ratio in many countries. Early detection of diseases can lead to cheaper, less time-consuming procedures and treatments with high success rates. A project aims to detect multiple chronic diseases at the early stages of development, predict their probability, and recommend lifestyle changes to reduce complications. The proposed expert system uses lifestyle parameters like age, gender, family history, weight, height, and clinical parameters to predict the possibility of multiple diseases. This reduces doctor-patient interactions and allows people to plan further actions based on the likelihood of a disease and lifestyle factors. If an illness is serious, the system can help individuals find a doctor for personalized treatment, reducing hospital readmissions. This project aims to make healthcare management more affordable and accessible for all, particularly for socially economically weaker sections, by utilizing lifestyle parameters to improve the overall healthcare management system and reduce hospital readmissions.
