About
1,8-Naphthyridines have various pharmacological effects, including being effective DNA intercalates. They alter DNA conformation and inhibit DNA duplication, making them potential anti-cancer agents. To develop potent 1,8-naphthyridine derivatives with other substituted derivatives under greener conditions, researchers aim to synthesize these derivatives under in vitro studies and examine their cytotoxic activity under greener conditions.
